Trial Basis
Subject: Staggered Ordering System for Tribute Afternoons
1. Purpose
To reduce wait times, eliminate long queues at the bar, and improve the overall guest experience during Tribute Afternoons by separating drinks service from food ordering.
2. Key Operational Changes (Trial)
Early Opening: Doors will now open 30 minutes early at 11:30 AM (previously 12:00 PM).
Two-Phase Ordering System:
Phase 1: Drinks-only service upon arrival.
Phase 2: Food orders called via public announcement once drinks queues are clear.
3. Procedure & Staff Responsibilities
Phase 1: Arrival & Initial Drinks (11:30 AM Onwards)
Greeting Guests:
Door staff/greeters must instruct guests upon arrival to find a table first before heading to the bar.
Drinks-Only Service:
Bar staff are to serve DRINKS ONLY during this period.
Strictly NO food orders are to be taken at the bar until Phase 2 is announced.
Focus on fast pour rates and quick cash/card transactions to keep the line moving rapidly.

“Attention guests: The bar is now open for food orders. There is no rush and plenty of time to order, so please feel free to head up whenever you are ready.” No meed for large queue
